REFUND POLICY 

If you can choose your Art by N’Dene product with the knowledge that they are handmade, hand painted or hand drawn so they will be sturdy but precious.  If you read the descriptions carefully, all are with the materials used. This will help you care for them best.

A refund will not be issued for change of mind in item but for faulty or damaged during the transit stage. Just make a request to me via the email with photos of that within 7 days of purchase. I can refund or re-do an item.

Remember it is a Handmade or Hand Painted and not perfect like the machines do. There may be minor blemishes, marks or bubbles that occur natural from the paint movement. I am an Artist who will try to her best to create beautiful product but just keep in mind it is all HAND Made….
